Sunny hillock is an apartment complex that is being built on the southern slopes of Kopaonik below Treska. Currently four blades have been completed and two more are under construction. All the way from the base of Novi Pazar Road to the initial stop, or a new accommodation complex, is a new asphalt road. When fully paved, this road (Igor Nikic Street) should be one-way and practically close the circle to the other end of Treska Weekend.
